Responsible for general janitorial duties. Washes pots and pans, scrapes and washes dishes, operates dishmachine. Sweeps and mops floors, empties trash containers and does special cleaning of walls, equipment and floors as scheduled. Follows local health regulation when cleaning and sanitizing. Assist in unloading and storing of supplies. Assist with transporting food and supplies to the floor. Assist with preparing cafeteria line for service. Follows local health and proper food handling procedures.
