The HR Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department at the St Marys and Sinking Spring facilities. This is a temporary, part-time position lasting 3-4 months in duration.
Your Opportunity:
Support site recruitment - schedule interviews, calling candidate references, etc.
Support new hire orientation and onboarding.
Personnel file management - scan and file documents within Aconso system.
Job description review and update document template.
Additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
Your Profile:
2-year degree in Business-related field
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products.
Strong organization and time management skills
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
