SFMTA is Hiring a Client Services Coordinator Near Commack, NY

As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with clients on the phone and in person. You will schedule appointments, manage the office calendar, and handle other client-related work. Strong communication skills and providing a positive client experience are essential to this role.

The Client Services Coordinator provides regional client support via telephone and other communication channels for multiple Accounts. This position is located in New York.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Provide customer service via all communication channels (written and verbal) addressing customer requests or inquiries concerning services, status updates, verification of documents.
  • Consistently following up with existing accounts, via phone and email
  • Consistently following up with potential clients, via phone and email
  • Communicating effectively with account managers and assisting account managers with daily operations
  • Ability to multitask between taking phone calls, answering instant chats, checking voicemails, and responding to emails
  • Perform tasks associated with the daily operations such as quoting proper service times, effective problem solving, tracking shipments, documenting accounts, performing new tasks as needed.
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding service and service requirements.
  • Communicate with outside agencies, using research, and using tools provided to give clients an exceptional customer service experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics functions, and calculate service times based on business day calendar
  • Must be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Must be able to read and interpret documents.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must be able to communicate with clients effectively, potential clients, and colleagues.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments and work in order of urgency and sensitivity.
  • Must be friendly.
  • Must be a team player.
WORK HOURS:
The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9AM to 3PM

Benefits

Compensation: $32.80 - $37.50 (hourly)
