Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing a positive first and last impression
- You will greet customers as they enter and exit the restaurant, take and manage reservations, control a waiting list, provide guests with menus, and show guests to their
- You will answer phone calls and customer inquiries about the restaurant
- You will assist various restaurant staff at a Manager's discretion when necessary
- Greeting guests as they enter and putting them on a waiting list as necessary with menus and answering any initial questions
- Seating guests at tables they prefer, while keeping table rotation in mind so that servers receive the right number of customers
- Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service
- Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them
