```Responsibilities```
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Help coordinate seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to manage guest flow
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere throughout the restaurant

```Requirements```
- Previous experience using Toast POS system is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
