Rehabilitation Services Manager

As the services manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all treatment and services provided to individuals and their families, monitoring the quality of care delivered and ensuring compliance with external regulations and company standards of care.

Responsibilities-

  • Develop, coordinate and evaluate overall therapeutic services, promoting a team concept and functioning as a collaborative partner with Clinical services to promote high quality cost- effective rehabilitation services.
  • Coordinate and oversee assessment, treatment program planning, development and implementation and related documentation communication.
  • Oversee Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy Social Services and Vocational counseling staff of all levels of experience, providing supervision, support and staff development; act as spokesperson for the team in program-based activities. Responsible for quality improvement and community education.
  • Complete special projects such as participation in presentations, research and others as assigned by the Administrator, provide accurate and timely reports.
  • Responsible for continuously improving and/or enhancing job performance by attending in-services as requested/required, providing in-services as needed, participating in and contributing to committees, attending required continuing education, and setting and achieving yearly performance goals.
  • Responsible for directly supervising Team Leads and Supervisors
  • In charge of all therapist visits billed in the EMR system- Raintree, Incident Reports, Snapshots, vacations, payroll etc.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and marketing teams in job fairs/creation of collateral, job interviews/onboarding and meet with new hires for orientation etc.
  • Oversee Mentorship and internship programs, CEU set up and availability to therapists and provide training to therapists to use EMR-Raintree
  • Works with Finance team to set budget
  • Works with credentialing team to ensure all therapists are credentialed and able to work
  • Maintain licensure in clinics
  • Responsible for setting culture in clinic locations, organize new therapy programs, get therapists enrolled in APEP, do the DDD credentialing monthly, OLCR Audit
  • Department of Health Services Audit – maintain quality tasks, documentation

Qualification –

  • Bachelors of Science, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Current Licensure in good standing for PT, OT, SLP (CCC also required)
  • 3-5 years of Management experience in a rehabilitation facility preferred
  • Current certification in CPR, healthcare provider status
  • Professional membership preferred
  • Spanish speaking preferred
  • Current driver’s license, car registration and auto insurance if driving for the company or transporting individuals receiving services
  • Other training as required by state such as CPR, First Aid, Behavioral Intervention Techniques etc.
  • QMRP/QIDDP designation as required by state
