Responsible for the day to day operations of the rehabilitation therapy function. Supervises the delivery of therapy programs to patients. Responsibilities include providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the rehabilitation staff. Oversees staff and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed as set forth by the health care facility. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Requires a license in the area of specialization. Supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs.
