Ohio Mentor , a part of the Sevita family , provides Residential and Treatment Foster Care services to youth who may be facing out-of-home placements, transitioning back into the family home or independent living alternatives, or involved in the juvenile justice system.
Through our personalized programming, we help youth gain stability, comfort and confidence to overcome all challenges and live well.
Community Marketing Representative
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Marketing Representative.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, fostering community relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to recruit and retain foster parents.
This position requires a blend of business acumen, community engagement skills, and marketing expertise to promote our mission of providing safe and nurturing homes for children in need.
You will be responsible for networking with potential foster families with the goal of generating interest in participating in our foster program within the Dayton / Cincinnati areas (and other areas, as needed).
Salary range - $50K - $75K / yr based on experience PLUS Bonus

Requirements :
- Bachelors degree
- 3-5 years foster care experience
- Ability to travel designated territory (Dayton / Cincinnati & other OH areas, as needed)
- Ability to work non-traditional schedule
