Am I A Good Fit?

As a DSP you will work with Adults enrolled in Employment and Community First CHOICES (ECF CHOICES) with Health Connect America. You will assist our individuals in peer interactions, social skills, money management skills, and supporting individual independence. The goal is to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their communities to increase their maximum level of independence.

What Will I Be Doing?

Health Connect America is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services to individuals with disabilities to achieve independence by providing Independent Living Skills, Community Integration Supports, Community Living Support as well as Employment Services through ECF Choices waiver. We believe in individuality, safety, community, inclusivity, innovation, and progress for our individuals and staff. We believe in empowering adults to achieve their dreams of employment and living independently.

Come and be a valued part of our team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Hours are flexible as you set your own schedule, Full and part-time positions are available. We offer reimbursements for Gas, Data usage, and iPad to use for documentation and email. We also offer competitive pay, a sign on bonus as well as referral and productivity bonuses.

DSPs must have Reliable transportation as they will be transporting individuals in their own vehicles. On-the-job training provided! we promote from within and encourage staff to pursue a career to move up within HCA. Candidates must also pass a comprehensive background check and provide 3 professional and personal references for verification.
