Seven Healthcare are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Charlotte, NC. As a Rehab RN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to patients with physical and mental disabilities, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and psychological conditions, designing individualized care plans.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions to facilitate the rehabilitation process, including administering medications, providing wound care, and assisting with pain management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care and maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Monitor patients' progress, ensuring therapy goals are being met and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Provide emotional support, counselling, and education to patients and families to help them cope with the challenges of rehabilitation.
• Document patients' progress and maintain accurate medical records in accordance with facility protocols
• Adhere to all safety standards, infection control measures, and ethical guidelines in the delivery of care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in rehabilitation nursing through ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse:

• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
• 2 years Rehab experience required
• Compact or NC RN License
