Job Title: Registered Nurse, MedSurg

Job Details:

Blended Rate: $2,700 Weekly

Required: RN license, MedSurg experience, BLS (Basic Life Support)

Shift Pattern: 3x12s - 36hrs/wk | Nights.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs, lab values, and physiologic data
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Execute and supervise nursing care activities to ensure high quality and safe patient care
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and self-care techniques
• Organize and manage patients' medical records and ensure compliance with documentation standards

Requirements:

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and/or Telemetry nursing
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional patient care
