**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay. **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services - Assist with reservations and room assignments - Process payments and maintain guest accounts - Manage phone calls and reservations with excellent phone etiquette - Perform night audit duties as needed - Ensure the lobby area is clean and presentable at all times **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment - Bilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of hospitality management or hotel operations is advantageous This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, providing valuable experience in guest services and hotel management.
