Sevananda Natural Foods Market is hiring for an Assistant Grocery Manager to assist the Grocery Manager with ordering, receiving, creating displays, merchandising, and managing a dynamic team. The Assistant Manager duties will also include but not be limited to supporting with the following: manage inventory systems, oversee stocking, displays for the grocery department and work with team to maintain cleanliness and provide superior customer service.
Qualifications
The candidate will have an appreciation for the value of Organic and Natural foods and meet the following job qualifications:
- Ability to order grocery, manage inventory and have pricing experience
- Awareness of safety measurers and protocols for grocery departments
- Strong organizational skills and is detail-oriented
- A knack for supervising and coaching others to elevate their game
- Work with grocery manager andteam to create unity amongst team members
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- A light heart, humility, and sense of humor
