LHH is seeking a Project Manager for their client based in Houston, TX. This role will complete estimates, financial reports, schedules, client updates, associate reviews, and company reports for projects ranging in various scopes.

Compensation includes a base salary of $100K-$125K. Medical, dental, vision, company paid holidays, and vacation time are available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large projects and/or client programs
• Define project scope
• Identify qualified vendors
• Coordinate bid packages for multiple bidders and disciplines
• Compile bids and present to owner with award recommendations
• Develop project or program budget and submit to owner for approval
• Oversee and document contractors' efforts to ensure client goals are achieved
• Ensure proper documents are used throughout the project, including contracts, meeting notes, and close-out manuals
• Provide progress updates to client management as requested
• Evaluate processes and procedures of the Project Management Organization (PMO)
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Develop new processes
• Provide training to team members
• Participate in appropriate professional organizations for networking and continuous education

Requirements:

• 5 or more years of project management experience within the construction industry
• Bachelor's Degree
