We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to lead the administration and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. The Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the ServiceNow environment, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. This role requires strong technical expertise in ServiceNow administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, user administration, and data management.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning, to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the platform.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, forms, and workflows to meet business requirements.
• Monitor system health and performance, and proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, and troubleshoot integration issues as needed.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior administrators, and assist in resolving complex technical issues.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices.
• Participate in change management processes, including planning, testing, and implementation of system changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration, with expertise in managing large-scale ServiceNow environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required. Additional certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
