Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company is working exclusively with a client hiring for a full time jr-mid level GIS Analyst to work remote with 1-2 days a week in the Fresno or Dinuba area in CA.

We are seeking a skilled GIS Analyst to join our team. The GIS Analyst will be responsible for analyzing geographic data, creating maps, and developing GIS applications to solve spatial problems.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of Esri ArcGIS
• Act as a liaison between IT and business system users, collaborating on key projects.
• Oversee the analysis and development of business operational systems.
• Ensure business applications and modules are up-to-date and maintain updated procedural documentation.
• Design and implement new procedural systems based on business needs.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to procure and onboard new business applications.
• Provide support for assigned business applications.
• Perform change management functions related to new features and configuration changes.
• Design and develop GIS databases
• Analyze and interpret spatial data
• Create maps and customized geographic information
• Develop GIS applications for internal and external use
• Collaborate with teams to integrate GIS functionality into existing systems

Skills:
- Experience in vulnerability management and information security
- Proficiency in debugging GIS applications
- Familiarity with operating systems and load balancing
- Background in computer science
