Set Solutions, a Trace3 company, is on the hunt for a GIS Analyst for a client in Fresno, CA. The GIS Analyst provides technical expertise to customers, tailoring products and services to meet their needs. This role primarily involves working with ArcGIS to develop and maintain imagery services and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure adherence to proper processes. The Analyst translates business requirements into functional systems that can be replicated across various functions, supporting organizational goals and exemplifying the values of Excellence, Accountability, Transparency, and Stewardship (EATS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Esri ArcGIS.
• Bridge the gap between IT and business users on key projects.
• Analyze and develop business operational systems.
• Keep business applications up-to-date and maintain procedural documentation.
• Create and implement systems based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to acquire and integrate new business applications.
• Provide support for assigned business applications.
• Handle change management for new features and configuration adjustments.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• BA/BS Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or as determined by the hiring manager).
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• GIS Certification (preferred).

This role is not with Trace3 but a valued client.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
