• Troubleshoot highly complex, mission critical dataflows for customers.
• Coordinate with Operations and Capabilities organizations to enable end-to-end automation and testing capabilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate consumers of data, and corporate repository stakeholders.
• Work closely with Analysts and consumers of presentation tools to troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues.
• Develop and document complex mission CONOPs clearly and concisely.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extensive experience interacting with mission customers.
• Experience with software that is leveraged to explain and document complex system interactions (e.g., Confluence/Gliffy, Vizio).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex dataflow and automation concepts.
• Experience guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans.
• Experience assisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.

• Experience working within the CNO customer space.
• Knowledge of mobile platforms and software.
• Experience with background developing, troubleshooting, and/or integrating complex distributed software systems.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and systems
