Description

The Internship Program at Sese' Industrial Services US Corp provides students with developmental training, mentorship, and networking opportunities in addition to hands-on experience. As a Maintenance intern, you will support the maintenance team with their day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks as needed.

• Work with internal talent to design, fabricate, implement, and refine assembly devices
• Provide weekly updates to the management team on project status and schedule progress/completion
• Maintain project diary for project record keeping
• Building strong relationships with maintenance team, and internal customers (Production, Quality, Logistics and Engineering)
• Assisting with securing maintenance coverage
• Providing world-class customer service through constant communication and support
• Entering all necessary information into the “system” to ensure data integrity
• Proactively providing tracking updates to the maintenance team
• Follow all HS&E policies and procedures
• Work with Maintenance Team and support in solving downtime events
• Prepare and perform preventative maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Intern student must:

• Have great communication skills, internally and externally
• Be able to have critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Have knowledge in using Microsoft 365
• Be team oriented and work within a team to manage day to day activities while working under pressure in maintenance of tasks assigned
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in mechanical maintenance or troubleshooting skills is a plus.

Education

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in an Industrial Maintenance or related field.
