Position Overview

We are looking for skilled Drywall Subcontractors to partner with our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in restoring properties by providing expert drywall installation and repair services. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the recovery and satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to:

• Drywall Installation & Repair: Efficiently install and repair drywall in various settings, ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with other subcontractors and SERVPRO teams to coordinate efforts and complete projects on time.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all drywall work meets the high standards of SERVPRO and customer expectations.
• Time Management: Manage your schedule effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Equipment & Material Management: Maintain and manage all necessary tools and materials for drywall tasks.

Position Requirements

• Proven experience in drywall installation and repair.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different job sites as required.

Insurance Limits Requirement Minimums:

• Commercial General Liability:
  • $1,000,000 Each Occurrence Limit
  • $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit 
  • $2,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate Limit
  • Liability Deductible not to exceed $5,000 per occurrence
• Auto Liability:
  • $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit with one of the following:
    • Any Auto or All Owned Autos
    • Hired Autos
    • Scheduled Autos and Non-Owned Autos
• Umbrella Liability:
  • $1,000,000 Each Occurrence Limit
  • $1,000,000 Aggregate Limit
• Worker's Compensation:
  • $500,000.00 Policy Limit
  • $100,000.00 each accident
  • $100,000.00 each employee (If you are exempt from worker's comp, you must provide a copy of the exemption from the state for our files.)
