Crew Chief Responsibilities:

• Manage, lead and complete remediation jobs according to the SERVPRO® processes
• Coordinate requirements for the job and supervise to completion including scope, sketches, pictures, job data, etc.
• Communicate effectively and establish professional relationships with residential and commercial customers, insurance representatives, technicians, adjusters, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Set up and establish efficient job flow daily
• Monitor assigned jobs from start to finish
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures on the job site
• Respond to service calls

Qualifications:

• Experience in restoration work related to clean up from damage caused by water, fire, and mold.
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Experience leading and supervising a team
• IICRC certifications highly preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to travel locally or out of state when necessary
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required
• Prior Servpro experience a huge plus!

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to work with/around chemicals and cleaning products
• Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing,
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Ability to work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces under buildings)
• Repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
• Ability to successfully complete all background checks, subject to applicable laws, including criminal background, drug testing, employment verification and valid driver license verifications.
