National fire and flood remediation company looking to add Production Manager to our team!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs initial assessments of customer losses- water, fire, mold, etc.
• Creates and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Assists in coordination of all aspects of project including technicians, claims managers and estimators to ensure thorough completion of project.
• Completes daily updates and emails all pertinent parties.
• Uses tools and resources to ensure thorough completion of projects.
• Manages time to ensure expedient delivery of services and responsibilities.
• Communicates hazards to management.
• Plays an active role in the prevention of accidents and risk.

Position Requirements:

• Effective written and oral communication.
• High school diploma/GED.
• IICRC certifications preferred.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics).
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals.
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
