SERVPRO of Fayetteville is seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Abatement professional to join our team. As a Lead Abatement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our efforts to restore properties impacted by lead-based paint hazards. Your expertise in lead abatement and your commitment to safety will contribute to our mission of helping communities recover from disasters.

•  Perform lead-based paint inspections and assessments.
• Develop and implement lead abatement plans in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Safely and effectively remove lead-based paint and lead-contaminated materials.
• Monitor and control lead hazards during abatement processes.
• Conduct post-abatement clearance testing to ensure lead hazard elimination.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to lead abatement projects.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers. 

• High school diploma/GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead abatement or a related field.
• Certification as a Lead Abatement Supervisor or Worker, in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local lead abatement regulations.
• Strong commitment to safety and the ability to use personal protective equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing)
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
