Responsibilities include :
Perform pack outs and move backs with a team
Perform content restoration work for residential and commercial properties
Determine salvageable and non-salvageable items within properties and document accordingly
Use Contents Track to complete inventory of site contents and prepare items for storage
Complete content cleaning using all methods including ESPORTA and ultrasonic equipment
Perform physical labor associated with clean up activities, general on location cleaning and deodorization of personal property and structure
Assist with other departments as needed
Must be able to lift fifty pounds and work independently
Salary : $16.00 to $18.00 / hour
Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation, public transportation is not available.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, occasional weekends
Pay Rate
Starts at $16-18 / hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay and increases based on merit.
