Position Overview :

As a Water Damage Restoration Supervisor at Servpro of North Atlanta, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing our team of restoration technicians.

You will ensure the efficient and effective execution of restoration projects, maintain high-quality standards, and provide leadership and support to the technicians on-site.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership : Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a team of restoration technicians, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to complete their tasks effectively.
• Project Management : Oversee multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Quality Control : Perform regular inspections of job sites to ensure work is performed to company standards and industry best practices.
• Training and Development : Train and mentor restoration technicians, providing guidance on techniques, safety protocols, and customer service to enhance team performance.
• Resource Management : Coordinate the allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize efficiency and meet project requirements.
• Customer Communication : Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing questions and concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the restoration process.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project details, including progress reports, job site conditions, equipment usage, and materials used.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on job sites to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Problem Solving : Identify and resolve issues and challenges that may arise during the restoration process, making decisions that align with company policies and objectives.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in restoration, water damage, or related fields are a plus.
• Proven experience in water damage restoration, with at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard equipment and techniques for water damage restoration.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and respond to emergency calls as needed.
