Job Description:
SERVPRO Team Bisig is seeking a dedicated and experienced Water Damage Restoration Crew Chief to lead our team in restoring properties affected by water damage. As a Crew Chief, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing all aspects of the restoration process, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.

What Your Day Might Look Like:

• Lead and motivate a team of restoration technicians to efficiently complete restoration projects, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments of water damage situations, including moisture detection, categorization, and extent of damage.
• Develop comprehensive restoration plans, outlining mitigation strategies, equipment needs, and project timelines.
• Coordinate all aspects of the restoration process, including equipment setup, drying, cleaning, and reconstruction, to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance agents, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
• Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance within the team.

We Will Be Successful in This Job If You Have:

• Previous experience in water damage restoration, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Certification in water damage restoration (IICRC certification preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, techniques, and equipment used in water damage restoration.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotations, as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
