Servpro is a national leader in property damage restoration, with over 2,000 franchises across the United States. Our locally operated franchises provide cleaning and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties in Allentown, PA and the surrounding areas.
Position Description:
We're seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Contents division. The Contents division works inside
damaged properties to recover and restore customer belongings. The Assistant Manager is responsible
for overseeing job production and supervising Technicians. This individual reports directly to the Contents
Department Manager. The ideal candidate for this role has previous project management experience and is willing to learn the
ins-and-outs of the property damage restoration industry.
Compensation: Base salary of $55,000 commissions
Responsibilities:

• Prepare initial job scope and estimate using Xactimate software
• Manage contents production, including inventory, pack-outs, cleaning and deodorization, storage, and pack-backs
• Schedule and coordinate Technicians
• Track and evaluate project profitability
• Maintained detailed documentation
• Provide exceptional customer experience through clear communication and problem-resolution
• Participate in regularly scheduled production meetings

Skills:

• Previous team management experience required
• Experience developing project scopes and/or writing estimates preferred
• Willingness to learn the restoration industry
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task
• Previous experience managing project expenses preferred

Physical Demands: This is a labor-intensive role. Individuals must be able to perform extensive standing,
walking, climbing, and lifting.
