Job Description


About the Role:

  • You will own designing and implementing our next-generation channel strategy and global program framework in active partnership with Sales and BU leaders.
  • You’ll apply an inspirational and disciplined engagement style in leading the organization to foster a positive, open, innovative and high performing culture.
  • Assess the current partner/channel landscape in light of transitioning the existing program and in line with our strategic growth plans and GTM motions.
  • Solidify new strategic partnership opportunities and scale existing opportunities.
  • Work cross functionally both internally and externally to gain support for transformational program resources and agreed upon deliverables.
  • Work closely with sales teams to deliver quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Work cross functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Success to develop solution sets desired by global channel partners’ customer base to quickly enhance sell-to opportunities.
  • Work with Sales and GPC leadership to develop KPI’s and OKR’s to measure and monitor Channel Programs and channel relationships mutual ROI success.
Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Your career must include 8 years of channel/partner led sales experiences, with at least 4 years of leadership experience. Ideally, your career history has been gained in enterprise-level, application layer software, including both SaaS and on-prem delivery models.
  • Your career history spanning larger company environments in combination with operating in Private Equity or VC-backed environments will influence your success.
  • Experiences that include working with Products teams and Partners in co-creating market solutions is highly appreciated.
  • You background must include creating and scaling partnerships globally across channel routes that includes Distributors, Resellers, SI, MSSP’s and OEM’s. driving revenue with partners, establishing partner deal sourcing models
  • Your background and passion in setting and iterating channel sales strategies is critical to your impact and must include direct involvement creating or evolving a global channel program to scale.
  • Expertise in strategic partnership structures and taking a hands-on approach to closing deals is essential.
  • Understanding of the global market landscape of partners, channels, SIs, etc. is essential, as is having long-tenured partner relationships.
  • Your history and passion in articulating value propositions across the channel community will be essential to your success.
  • Style wise, be strategic but understand and have the ability to function tactically.
  • Your history of building and leading diverse teams is essential to your success.

For positions in New York State (outside of New York City), we offer a base pay of 137,340 to 226,620, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
