Job Summary:
Our company is looking for an experienced and skilled Client Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer success, and fostering growing relationships with clients.
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for handling all client-related tasks, prioritizing tasks, scheduling meetings, and ensuring that all projects meet deadlines and expectations. You will also be responsible for account planning and managing client resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts and ensure customer success by building strong relationships with clients and addressing their needs;
  • Prioritize tasks and meetings with clients and the internal team;
  • Manage client resources effectively to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget;
  • Set and meet deadlines and expectations for all projects and communicate any issues or concerns to clients in a timely and professional manner;
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure that clients receive the best possible service and solutions;
  • Use feedback from clients to improve our products and services and communicate this feedback to the team;
  • Solve problems and escalate issues as needed to ensure that all client needs are met;
  • Manage team members involved in client projects to ensure that all projects are completed successfully;
  • Maintain file management and ensure that all client-related documents are accurate and up-to-date;
  • Manage time effectively and provide regular reporting to management on the status of client projects.
Key Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with clients and internal teams;
  • Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Demonstrated customer success skills, including the ability to understand and meet customer needs and expectations;
  • Ability to give and receive feedback in a professional manner and use it to improve performance;
  • Experience in client account strategy and planning;
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and find effective solutions;
  • Experience managing teams involved in client projects;
  • Strong file management skills with the ability to keep accurate and up-to-date records;
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and provide regular reporting to management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field;
  • 5 years of experience in client account management or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of project management software and tools;
  • Experience in the technology or marketing/advertising industry is a plus;
  • Understanding or experience in the HVAC or Home Services industry is also a plus;
  • Ability to travel as needed.
Working Environment:
  • You must be willing to work on-site at our Hammond, LA office a minimum of four days per week.

  • Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications.
