SMG is lookingis for a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Trumbull, CT.

The Warehouse Forklift Operator: - .Operates order picker and forklift in and around warehouse- Pulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the different building areas. Other Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Verify and inspect received goods for quality and accuracy
- Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize scanners to track inventory and manage order fulfillment
- Operate pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in order picking and packing processes
- Familiarity with operating scanners for inventory management
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and other materials handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an efficient warehouse layout
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This position requires physical stamina, as it involves standing, walking, lifting, and carrying heavy packages throughout the day. The ability to follow safety protocols is essential.
