SECURITY JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve as a visible crime deterrent in assigned areas/ branches on foot or by mobile patrol to protect the site. Perform frequent and unpredictable patrols throughout the client location and property. Provide electronic documentation of all activities and or incidents via our guard force management application. Ensure areas are clear of trespassers, transient, or unauthorized persons. Prevent, report, and identify any damage, vandalism, graffiti, or unauthorized vehicles. Identify any suspicious activity, record activity in daily and incident reports. Provide security functions to include, but not limited to: observe, report, and notify local law enforcement authorities as needed.

Security Responsibilities:

· Observe and Report

· Respond to emergencies/ incidents, relieve guards for breaks, escorting staff/visitors. Keep vigilance over entry exit, transportation activity by foot.

· Assist in operation of elevators, fire system monitoring, alarm monitoring, CCTV review and/ or handle loading dock access for deliveries.

· Notify Law Enforcement of any unlawful activity

· Inspect vehicles as entering the property of the site.

· Conduct hourly reports on our Guard Tracking application

· Comply with supervisor directives while on duty

· Carry out other duties as assigned

Security Officer Requirements:

· Must Obtain a Security License

·Must be 21 years or older.

·Must have a Highschool Diploma

·Must be a US Citizen

· Must be able to navigate and patrol up and down stairs

· Must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed professional appearance while on duty in accordance with company and client standards

· 2 years Security, Law Enforcement, Active Military, Reserves, Or National Guard experience.
