We’re looking for a steady professional to join our On-site technicians’ team.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of copper (UTP, Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a) and fiber optic (MMF, SMF) media;
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix Operating Systems, working with Ubuntu OS;
• Troubleshooting, testing, quality assurance of server hardware;
• Working with support ticketing and warehouse systems;
• Maintaining order in server racks, warehouse, and the workplace;
• High level of accuracy and personal responsibility;
• Driving license;
• Available for rotating 7/24 on-call support and flexible shift scheduling;
• Ability to commute: Dallas, TX 75247.

Experience:

• Electrical certifications a plus;
• Analytical troubleshooting;
• Ability to follow specified policies and procedures;
• Comfortable working in a fast paced 24*7 environment with flexibility to work after-hours and weekends when needed;
• Autonomous with team spirit.

(Un)packing, (un)racking, (dis)assembling, cabling and deploying a wide range of server and networking hardware. Tasks are 'physically demanding' at times;
