Provide administrative & sales support to the Enterprise Sales Manager

**PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES**

* Provide support to key accounts and customers

* Create and enter purchase orders and requirements into our sales system

* Send emails on behalf of sales manager

* Work with order management team to confirm parts for shipping

* Research potential clients to verify viability, product use and contact information

* Enter and maintain customer profiles in the sales database

* Provide support on administrative tasks given by sales manager

* Coachable and eager to learn

* Must pay attention to detail
