SERV is an exciting "Eatertainment" venue located in Overland Park! We offer a food hall style courtyard, pickleball, large screens, and a stage for live music. Our busy season has arrived and we are excited to welcome quality candidates to our team.

**Duties:**

- Greet and welcome event guests in a friendly and timely manner

-Ensure proper and timely for catering set up as well as tear down, clean up

- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their event experience

- Order catering item replinish, take drink orders, and ensure table and area cleanliness

- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely delivery

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

**Skills:**

- Experience using Toast POS system preferred

- Proficient in basic math for accurate order taking and payment processing

- Exceptional hospitality skills to provide a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for customers

- Knowledge of bussing procedures to maintain a clean and organized dining area

**Additional Information:**

- This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to multitask effectively.

- Must be able to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, specificly event experience

- Part-time positions are available
