Role Description:
Serry Systems is looking for an Project Analyst to support a large ERP implementation program for a federal client.
Roles:
- Support IT strategic planning efforts
- Support business process improvement initiatives
- Support data collection and analysis
- Provide project coordination support
- Support project continuous improvement efforts
- Work closely with project stakeholders and support communications and engagement activities
- Support project status and executive briefings
- Maintain documents in SharePoint site
- Assist with knowledge sharing sessions for developing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in related field
- 2 plus years of experience in the management consulting
- Prior experience in project/program management
- Experience in IT governance, project planning, and process improvement
- Experience collecting and analyzing IT project data
- Strong Microsoft Office capabilities including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to develop status reports by gathering, analyzing and summarizing relevant information
- Familiarity with organizational governance structures
- Must be U.S. Citizen
