Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of our employees, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveillance, loss prevention, conflict management, and law enforcement.

Duties:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement a comprehensive safety training program
- Monitor CCTV systems to detect any suspicious activities or security breaches
- Coordinate with external agencies such as fire departments and law enforcement to ensure effective emergency response plans
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related incidents, inspections, training sessions, and corrective actions taken

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively
- Proficient in first aid techniques and CPR certification
- Familiarity with law enforcement practices and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns related to safety incidents
- Strong communication skills to effectively train employees on safety protocols
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
