Safety & Security Manager
Location: McKinney, TX, 75069
Job Description:
The Safety & Security Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the organization's employees, customers, and assets. This includes developing and implementing safety and security policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, and managing security personnel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety and security policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans
- Manage security personnel and oversee security operations
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services
- Investigate incidents and accidents and develop corrective actions
- Provide safety and security training to employees
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety and security regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in safety and security management
- Strong knowledge of safety and security regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Certification in safety and security management is a plus
