Career Prep Instructor

Job Description:
The Career Prep Instructor will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in career preparation skills. The instructor will develop and implement lesson plans, provide individualized instruction, and assess student progress. The instructor will also work with students to develop resumes, cover letters, and job search strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in career counseling, teaching, or related fields.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans for career preparation skills
- Provide individualized instruction to students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Work with students to develop resumes, cover letters, and job search strategies
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in the field
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or related field
- Experience in career counseling, teaching, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse student populations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
