Job Summary:
Serra Chevrolet of Southfield is seeking a diligent and organized Lot Attendant to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. As a Lot Attendant, you will be responsible for the proper storage, organization, and maintenance of our dealership's inventory. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry and requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. The compensation for this role is between $15 to $17 per hour.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and organize incoming vehicles on the dealership's lot
- Maintain a clean and well-organized lot, ensuring that all vehicles are positioned for maximum visibility and accessibility
- Assist the sales team with moving vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries
- Keep track of vehicle inventory and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Inspect vehicles for damage or defects, reporting any issues to management
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role in the auto industry preferred
- Good technical skills, with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
