Treatment Scheduler
Serenity Healthcare seeks an individual that is ready to make a difference in the lives of our patients! As a Treatment Scheduler, you will play one of the most significant roles in our clinic by providing support and direct care to patients undergoing treatments. In this position, you will work closely with our providers and clinical staff and be responsible for updating patient records daily.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing the highest level of care to patients and an interest in working in a professional and collaborative environment.

Other Responsibilities
Provide excellent patient care and support while developing trust and rapport.
Administer TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) treatments.
Communicate and educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
Maintain communication with providers regarding patient’s treatment.
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and positivity for our patients.
Follow implemented TMS protocols.
Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
Previous customer service/patient care experience highly desired.
