The primary responsibility for our Patient Service Representative is to connect with our patients and provide them with compassion, understanding and accurate information on the various treatment options available. - Record patient assessment data into our Electronic Health Records system.
- Consult with patients to gather pertinent information regarding current symptoms, mental health status and medication history.

- Minimum of 1 year in a customer or patient facing role
