Job Description

Serenity Healthcare is a fast-growing mental health provider with offices in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Nevada. We offer traditional psychiatric care along with groundbreaking treatment options that have double the success rate of standard methods. We are doubling in size year over year and were founded in 2017.

Did you know that in the cities where we are building new clinics the wait time to see a psychiatrist is often 3 to 6 months? That’s devastating for patients and doctors! That’s why this position is critical. You will help these doctors learn about our amazing success rates and how their patients can get in to see our psychiatrists much faster. You will then manage those relationships with doctors and referral managers to ensure that they continue to refer patients.

You will not ask for sales or get people to sign contracts, but you will create valuable streams of new patient referrals, allowing us to improve and save more lives!

As a field account executive, you would:

Drive patient referrals to Serenity.
Develop new channels for patient referrals.
Motivated and focused to make 15 stops per day and hold 1 luncheon each day as well.
Build relationships with networks, doctors, and referral managers.
Cultivate relations between Serenity and new providers in Dallas.
Represent Serenity’s Doctors professionally in the field.
Educate your community about life saving therapies offered in our clinics.

Our clinics provide patients the highest level of care and compassion. You will be the face of Serenity in the field. Discipline, drive, and persistence are key to success. We will train you in our breakthrough treatments like Transcranial magnetic stimulation, Ketamine therapy and medication management to give you the confidence to hold high level conversations with doctors, nurse practitioners and physicians’ assistants in many fields.
