Serenity Center is Hiring a Remote LCSW (Remote & Hybrid Positions)
- Responsible for providing psychotherapy services to all clients assigned to caseload
- Responsible for carrying a caseload of 18-20 clients
- Responsible for completing all documentation (intake assessment, treatment plan, psychotherapy notes, and discharge summary) in a manner which exceeds required standards
- Responsible for maintaining a schedule of appointments such that clients can trust in the reliability of their clinician’s availability
- Assess clients’ emotional and mental health and
- Responsible for attending required supervision, reporting any high-risk clients to supervisor and implementing guidance provided by supervisor
- Responsible for completing all required trainings
- Responsible for reporting all client incidents to your supervisor
- Maintaining detailed confidential records
- Expected to be invested in ongoing professional development as reflected by continued growth in abilities to build rapport with clients and sustain client engagement in the therapeutic relationship
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or adults in a therapeutic setting
- Must have good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including ability to relate to diverse client and community population via telephone and in person.
- Must have a Master’s Degree from accredited college or university in the mental health field and must be licensed as a mental health professional.
