We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those requiring support.

**Duties:**

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation,
transferring, meal-prep to serving and assistance, medication reminders, light house
keeping and transportation to and from doctor appointments and errands.
- Be a source of social and emotional support.
- Provide support to patients with special needs, such as behavioral health or developmental disabilities, and aging clients.

- Provide patient care and support to seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, hospice care, or in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or private residences.

- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality.

- Perform tasks related to home care, dementia care, and lifting as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in patient care and working with people with people in their homes is preferred.

- Ability to conduct oneself professionally in home care, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or hospice care settings.

- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions.

- Understanding of dementia care practices and techniques.

- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges.

-Must adhere to attendance policies/procedures.

-Reliable transportation required.
