Overview: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life. Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, toileting, and mobility - Administer medications according to prescribed instructions - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals - Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care - Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals - Respect and uphold the rights of residents, promoting their dignity and independence - Comply with all HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information Skills: - Experience in hospice care or nursing home settings is preferred - Knowledge of resident rights and regulations governing caregiving facilities - Familiarity with medication administration procedures - Ability to drive and transport individuals as needed - Proficient in taking vital signs and recognizing any abnormalities - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families - Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for.
