Asa Restaurant General Manager you will be responsible forestablishing and achieving the goals set by the company whileexerting all effort to maximize guest satisfaction.

You will havethe overall responsibility of running the operation of therestaurant which includes driving sales through a top of the linemarketing approach and excellentoperation.

Requirements

RestaurantGeneral Managers also need to control profit and loss throughcomprehensive business analysis for the betterment of the entirecompany.

• Ensureconsistent delivery of safe food on everyshift
• Ensureconsistent execution of Systems to maintain a clean organizedrestaurant
• Purchasefood beverages and supplies as needed and oversee their preparationto insure that every product served meets our high standards ofproductquality
• Maintainhigh standards by operating in accordance with establishedperformance profits and operating standards as outlined in theOSM
• UseLearning Hub training effectively to hire retain develop a bench ofA players and prepare team members and managers for growthopportunities
• Demonstrategood working knowledge of all equipment and assume responsibilityfor preventive maintenance of arestaurant
• Ensureall marketing plans are executed on time and accurately to buildrepeat customer visits including approved Local StoreMarketing
• Provideleadership by engendering excitement enthusiasm a positive mentalattitude and commitment toward Companyobjectives
• Responsiblefor training all employees on general cash control systems andgeneral credit card security and maintaining a secure restaurantenvironment for credit carddata
