Serda's Coffee Company is looking to hire engaging, respectable, and hard working individuals who can constantly provide a high level of customer service to every customer. Absolutely no previous barista experience required! We are a high end, upscale, full service, coffee and tea shop. We offer a full menu of coffee, teas, sandwiches, and baked goods. Our staff is the backbone of our business and we are looking for individuals that can provide elite customer service.

Job Description:

• Greet customers with a positive attitude
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including regular and exotic teas, coffee beverages, hot chocolate, and hot sandwiches
• Use a manual or electric mixer to prepare various sandwiches
• Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a clean job site
• Work in close proximity with other team members
• Work at a stand or on your feet from time to time
• Light housekeeping duties such as cleaning the stand, floor, and work area
• Other duties as assigned by management
• Ability to follow instructions verbally and written
• Maintain an effective attendance record in the form of a valid driver’s license issued by the company
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day (depending on shift) with occasional walking and bending
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
