Serco supports the IUSS Product Support Facility (PSF) contract we support the PSF operation and Navy lifecycle logistics. Serco promotes a team environment with colleagues who care for and support each other in taking an active role in helping the company provide superior support to its customers.

You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco teams which have been recognized by the U.S. Navy and the industry for their outstanding contributions to the contract.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze logistics data and material usage trends, including O-level 3M data and other historical data utilizing Navy Logistics websites and databases.
• Create QA processes to improve reconciling Financials, travel, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with Reliability, Maintainability and Availability reporting. 
• Conducting/assist in inventories, causative research using data analysis
• Performing Quality Checks of work products. 

• Write Logistics users guide that provides an overview of user interface and database management at the Stock Control level.
• Train on the data management systems and ensure the Government customer understands the logistics tools used to track Inventories, Financials, and receipt processing.

• Periodically work in a shipboard environment. Occasional travel (CONUS/OCONUS) may be required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• High School / GED
• Experience in DoD and/or Commercial Logistics/Inventory Management
• Active Secret Clearance
• 10 Years of Logistics related experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time as needed 

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Integrated Logistics Training Certificate
• Configuration Management
• Maintenance Figures of Merit (MFOM) experience is a plus.
• Strong administrative/writing skills
• Superior organizational skills
• Self-Starter/Quick Learner
