Qualifications

• 2 years in labor and employment practice with traditional labor law experience preferred.
• Must be admitted to practice in Ohio or able to waive in.

About the Role/Firm

• Compensation range starting at $205ks plus two generous bonus structures
• 1900 billable hour requirement
• Hybrid work environment with core office days and work from where you work best on Mondays and Fridays.
