Join our team as a Field Service Engineer in support of Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific, (NIWC-PAC)’s, Naval Operational Support Command, (NOSC). NIWC PAC’s mission is to provide integration and engineering support for Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) equipment and systems in Erie, PA and surrounding areas.

The overall NOSC mission is to procure, integrate, install, and provide life integrated and engineering to the systems/equipment hardware, associated firmware, and software required to provide the ability to protect mission-critical assets and personnel from natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other human-caused disasters.

In this role, you will:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment including Access Control, CCTV Surveillance cameras, Network devices, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed
• Identify, analyze, and repair product failures
• Order and replace parts as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance 
• A bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience OR high school diploma/GED with 4 years' experience in the field
• Ability to travel 75 % of the time

• Experience with Physical Security Access Control Systems with the associated hardware, software, systems and manufacturers including but not limited too:
• Access Control Systems - Brivo, AMAG, IDentiv
• Networked Video Recorders - ExacqVision, Milestone
• CCTV Surveillance Cameras - Axis, Bosch, WyseNet
• Intercomms - AIPhone, 2S, 
• Card Readers - HID, Hirsch, Innometriks
